New AI Chat GPT has Shaken Educators Since its Release

AI has been seeping into our lives for years and now the new Artificial Intelligence Chat GPT has shaken educators since its release. The study by Shakked Noy and Whitney Zhang stated that with ChatGPT, professionals such as writers, data analysts and human-resource professionals were able to produce news releases, short reports and emails in 37% less time. 

21,000 

Meta has announced that 2023 will be a year of efficiency and has done two rounds of layoffs over the past six months and will do two layoffs in the future, these will eliminate about 21,000 people. it’s harder to find and hold a tech talent, as per a survey of 1,000 human resources professionals.

People Managing People survey found that 18% of candidates feel that if a job interviewer refers to the company as a family, then it is a red flag. 45% of employees said they have rejected a job because of a bad experience during the interview.

Pew Research Center survey revealed that women who try to negotiate for higher pay are more likely to be rejected than men who take the same path. Women in the country earned an average of 82% of what men earned in 2022, which is high from 80% in 2002. 

 

2000 

As per a recent online report retail corporation company Walmart has joined the list of tech layoffs and planning to lay off 2000 employees. These layoffs are around the centres in the US, 1,000 positions in Fort Worth, Texas, 600 in Pennsylvania, 400 in Florida, and around 200 in New Jersey across.
