According to a Slack report polling 10,045 workers in six countries, AI usage has risen by 60% since September 2023. Among AI users, 80% reported improved productivity, particularly in writing, research, workflow automation, and summarization. Additionally, AI users reported higher scores in work-life balance (26%), sense of belonging (32%), and job satisfaction (31%). Despite 96% of executives feeling urgent about AI integration, 93% of non-users cite trust issues as a barrier.
