Step 2: Problem

Clearly define the problem related to the task. Be specific and concise about the challenges you needed to overcome.

Example: "A large healthcare provider with several hundred locations wanted to increase Patient conversion and Provider engagement. Client had specific goals to reengage their passive and inactive patients, increase brand awareness via newsletters, sent appointment reminders to reduce visit cancellations and further wanted to enable automated notifications to facilities to better serve their Patients. The Client also wanted to have a streamlined communication process with the Providers."

 
 

Step 3: Solution

Describe the steps you took to solve the problem, including tools, methods, and outcomes. Highlight your skills and expertise in tackling the issue.

Example: "Developed a Patient journey map to understand the various touchpoint the Patient have with the business and identified key areas of engagement with the Patient. Created a program roadmap with crawl, walk, jog and run phases.
