Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in India to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications to ensure they align with our requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, both onsite and remote, and provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.

  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to make informed hiring decisions and provide insights to hiring managers.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in India, with a focus on IT and technology roles.

  • Strong understanding of the Indian job market and technical areas.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
