Upon inspection, it was found that nearly 5% of the US population are of prime working age and have been founding means to find a job. While the other 19% of the population are unemployed and are not actively looking for a better job.   

59.9% tax paying employees in US 

Today According to the latest study, it was found that in 2022, nearly 59.9% of the employees/households paid their income tax while 57% of the population paid their federal tax. Around 40.1% of the US population did not pay their income taxes in 2022.  

13.9% Blue collar workers in the US. 

Initially, The number of blue collar jobs in the US decreased year by year as most of such jobs are being replaced by the latest machinery and technology. Currently, 13.9% of the overall jobs in the US can be considered as blue-collar jobs.  
 

47% employees in the US believe they are underpaid 

Pay equality is a big concern in the western part of the world. According to recent surveys, it was found that around 47% of US employees believe that they are underpaid and as a result portray a lower effort in their day to day routines.   

8.8% of Female CEOs in fortune 500 companies 

Females are highly promoted to work specially in the US. A recent study showed that females naturally perform great in management and other related fields of work. Nearly 52% of the female employees are at such positions. However, only a small percentage of 8.8% make it to the CEO position in the US.
