Giving the opportunity to work as a disabled person is a blessing since the opportunities shrink massively due to limited physical abilities. But in the US, the disable people account for 11.9% within the private and public institutions. This gives a example to follow for other countries as well.
25% of the US population does not work
According to David H. Mongomery, a well versed journalist, mentioned that within the US nearly 25% of the people of prime working age do not work. Most of them are people who are not even looking for a job in the first place, while others are actively seeking work or want to work but are not looking for it.
4% increase in California’s unemployment rate
According to the latest research done, it was seen that California was the one of the highest affect regions post covid in terms of unemployment. According to studies done recently it was seen that the unemployment increased to 4% from 2%. Since the average unemployment rate in the US is around 3.2%, this can be considered as an above average unemployment rate.
16.42% of the US labor force is of 65 years or older
According US Bureau of labor statistics, the US population constitutes majorly or young adults and adults. However, there is still a good majority of old people working in the US. According to the survey, it was seen that around 16.42% of the US population is of 65 years or above.

CPI is an abbreviation of consumer price index. Normally it accounts for prices of all ordinary and common consumable prices. In the US, The CPI has been seen to increase by 6.9% from last year. This has caused many people to work two jobs.
