79% of the US adults are Literate 

According to ThinkImpact, it was seen that US had one of the best literacy rate in the world. Among the adults, only 21% of the adults are illiterate meaning the other 79% are literate. Massachusetts had the best child literacy rates while New Mexico had the worst child literacy rates.  

 

59% of the US economy has white collar jobs 

According to encyclopedia, it was seen from the early days that the percentage of white collar jobs in America from the late 1900s to now has significantly increased. Today, in 2023, the US economy sees over 59% of the US economy being propelled by white collar jobs.  
 

25% of all North American jobs are in work-from-home basis 

With the new economic crunch, work from home model of business has become extremely prevalent in small to large scale businesses. Companies have found a great way to cut down on costs and earn higher profits just by using this model. According to Forbes, by 2023, nearly 25% of all jobs in the North American region have shifted to work from home basis

4.5% of the US jobs are outsourced from other countries 

Nearly 300,000 jobs each year are outsourced to cheaper countries around the world. As stated, nearly 4.5% of the US economy jobs are outsourced from around the world. Nearly 6.5 million jobs currently in the US are being outsourced at cheaper rates. 
 
47% shortage of skilled labor in the US from Q4 in the US 

As per the latest Business condition survey, it was found that the US economy was at a 47% of shortage for skilled labor for their business. Part of the reason for this was that the economic growth dropped to 3% which was way higher earlier which would have helped provide cheaper education. Now, it is all become expensive and difficult for people to reach out to.
